About Course
Health Education gives you accurate, practical knowledge about how your body and mind work, and how the choices you make affect your long-term wellbeing. The course covers physical health, nutrition, mental and emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships, safety, and the decision-making skills that sit underneath all of them. Content is presented factually and respectfully, with a focus on helping you build habits and judgement you can carry into adulthood.
