About Course

World History traces the development of human civilisation from its earliest societies to the interconnected world of today. You will examine the rise and fall of empires, the spread of religions and ideas, revolutions in thought and technology, global conflict, and the forces that produced the modern world. More than dates and names, this course teaches you to think historically — to weigh sources, recognise cause and effect, and understand how the past continues to shape the present.
