Career Readiness is a practical skills-based course designed to prepare students for successful entry into the workforce and long-term professional growth. The course focuses on the essential competencies employers value, including communication, critical thinking, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, technology skills, time management, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and career self-development.
Students will learn how to explore career options, identify personal strengths, set career goals, build professional habits, and understand the expectations of modern workplaces. Through real-world activities such as resume writing, mock interviews, group projects, case studies, budgeting exercises, and career planning tasks, learners will develop the confidence and practical skills needed to transition from education to employment.
