About Bundle

The Junior Year bundle is where study becomes more advanced. Students read American literature from its beginnings to the present and develop advanced writing in English III, work with functions of every kind in Algebra II, and study matter and its reactions in Chemistry. Two half-credit courses, Government and Civics and Economics, explain how the country is governed and how markets and the wider economy work. Digital Literacy and Technology covers how computing works, how to judge information online, and how to stay safe and work well with digital tools.

Every course is fully online and self-paced, with units of short lessons, interactive activities, unit quizzes, a mid-course assessment and a final assessment.

Courses included (6 courses · 5.0 credits):

• English III (1.0): American literature and advanced writing
• Algebra II (1.0): quadratic, polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions
• Chemistry (1.0): atomic structure, bonding, reactions, equilibrium, and acids and bases
• Government and Civics (0.5): how American government is structured and how to take part in it
• Economics (0.5): scarcity, markets, the whole economy and global trade
• Digital Literacy and Technology (1.0): computing, evaluating information, security and digital skills

Before you start: English III follows English II. Algebra II follows Algebra I and Geometry. Chemistry follows Biology and Algebra I. United States History is recommended before Government and Civics.
